Stir 1 bottle BBQ sauce and dry onion soup mix together in a large slow cooker. Place pork loin and ribs into the slow cooker.

Cook on High until meat falls apart, 6 to 8 hours. Remove meat and set aside. Allow the crock to cool enough to handle. Transfer liquid to a bowl. Clean the crock and return it to the slow cooker.
Step 4
Remove meat and fat from bones. Discard bones. Shred meat with two forks. Return meat to the slow cooker. Add remaining bottle of BBQ sauce to meat. Add a small amount of water bottle, shake vigorously, and pour into the slow cooker.
