Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat an air fryer to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Place pumpkin seeds in a colander and rinse well.
Step 3
Cover a plate with two paper towels. Spread pumpkin seeds on top and cover with two more paper towels. Gently press to remove most of the water. Let sit at room temperature until thoroughly dried, at least 15 minutes.
Step 4
Transfer dried seeds to a medium bowl. Add avocado oil, paprika, and salt and mix until seeds are well coated.
Step 5
Place pumpkin seeds in the air fryer basket in a thin layer for even cooking.
Step 6
Cook in the preheated air fryer until golden brown and crispy, 15 to 35 minutes, shaking the basket frequently.
