Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat. Alternatively, preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (232 degrees C).
Step 2
Center 2 chicken breast halves on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Spoon 1/4 cup barbecue sauce over each piece of chicken. Top each piece of chicken with 1/4 of the corn and bell pepper.
Step 3
Bring up the foil sides. Double-fold the top and ends to seal the packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make 2 packets.
Step 4
Cook the packets, covered, in the preheated grill until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of chicken reads 165 degrees F (74 degrees C), 18 to 22 minutes. Alternatively, bake the packets on a baking sheet in the preheated oven until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of chicken reads 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
Step 5
Open the packets carefully, allowing steam to escape, by cutting along the top fold with a sharp knife.
