Place zucchini, bell pepper, and pineapple in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil; toss to coat. Portion mixture evenly into freezer bags.

Whisk ketchup, water, steak sauce, sugar, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce together in another bowl. Add beef cubes; toss to coat. Divide beef mixture between freezer bags. Seal and freeze.

Thaw desired portion in refrigerator overnight, or at least 8 hours before cooking. Soak the skewers in warm water, at least 30 minutes and up to overnight.
