Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Place zucchini, bell pepper, and pineapple in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil; toss to coat. Portion mixture evenly into freezer bags.
Step 2
Whisk ketchup, water, steak sauce, sugar, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce together in another bowl. Add beef cubes; toss to coat. Divide beef mixture between freezer bags. Seal and freeze.
Step 3
Thaw desired portion in refrigerator overnight, or at least 8 hours before cooking. Soak the skewers in warm water, at least 30 minutes and up to overnight.
Step 4
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat, and lightly oil the grate. Alternate beef, vegetables, and pineapple on the skewers. Discard any remaining marinade.
Step 5
Cook on the preheated grill, turning occasionally until cooked to your liking, about 10 minutes total for medium-rare.

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 tablespoons steak sauce (such as A1®)
  • 12 bamboo skewers
  • 1 zucchini, cut into chunks
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 0.5 cup ketchup
  • 1.5 pounds beef sirloin, cut into 1 inch cubes
