Beat together cream and vanilla in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until stiff peaks form. Beat in sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter on low speed until smooth.
Step 2
Arrange ice cream sandwiches in a 13x9-inch dish to form a single layer. Spread peanut butter mixture evenly over ice cream sandwich layer. Cover and freeze until firm, 4 to 6 hours.
Step 3
Cut into 12 squares. Spread hot fudge topping over the top and sprinkle with peanuts. Serve immediately.
