Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.
Step 2
Brush bread slices lightly with olive oil; place on a baking sheet. Broil until toasted, about 3 minutes. Watch carefully. Rub each crostini with cut-side of a halved garlic clove.
Step 3
