Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Heat butter, olive oil, and garlic in a saucepan over low heat until butter is melted; stir in Diamond Crystal® Fine Sea Salt and pepper. Toss potatoes in butter mixture until evenly coated. Roast to desired doneness, 30 to 35 minutes.
