Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat, and lightly oil the grate.

Grill corn until husks are charred on all sides, about 20 minutes. Remove from grill and let cool.
Step 3
Remove husks and silk from corn; cut kernels from cob into a large bowl; add celery, onion, bell pepper, and pimento pepper.
Step 4
Whisk oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, sugar, and black pepper together in a medium bowl.
Step 5
Pour dressing into corn mixture and toss well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 12 hours and up to 3 days before serving.
