Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Stir together wine, barbecue sauce, cider vinegar, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard in a medium bowl until well mixed. Place ribs in a baking dish; pour wine mixture over ribs and coat thoroughly.
Step 2
Mix together onion powder and garlic powder in a small bowl until evenly combined; sprinkle over ribs. Let marinate at room temperature for 2 hours, turning once.
Step 3
Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-low heat and lightly oil the grate.
Step 4
Grill ribs, covered, over indirect heat on the preheated grill for 45 minutes, turning once. Baste with barbecue sauce; continue grilling until meat is tender, about 15 more minutes, turning and basting frequently.
