Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.

Remove chops from marinade and shake off excess. Discard remaining marinade.
Step 3
Whisk olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, parsley, rosemary, thyme, coriander, lemon zest, and garlic together in a shallow dish. Add pork chops; toss to evenly coat. Cover the dish with plastic wrap; marinate in the refrigerator, at least 1 hour, flipping halfway through.
Step 4
Place chops on the preheated grill; reduce grill temperature to medium. Cook chops until no longer pink in centers, about 8 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into centers should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). Rest before serving, 5 minutes.
