My Yorkie Spike turned 13 today! I wanted to make him something special but didn't have all the ingredients needed for the recipes I found on here, so I winged it. I can tell you he gobbled a cupcake up... And I did also, just to be celebratory with him!

Recipe Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 16-cup mini cupcake pan or insert mini cupcake liners.
Step 2
Combine flour, banana, coconut oil, egg, honey, baking powder, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Spoon mixture into the prepared cupcake pan, filling each cup a bit over halfway.
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean, about 10 minutes. Let cupcakes cool for 10 minutes, then remove to a plate and let cool completely, about 20 more minutes.
Step 4
Mix peanut butter and honey for icing together in a small microwaveable bowl. Microwave for 15 seconds. Mix and spread over tops of completely cooled cupcakes.
