Step 1
Release pressure using the natural-release method according to manufacturer's instructions, about 15 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid.
Step 2
Combine apple cider, cinnamon sticks, lemon zest, cloves, nutmeg, and allspice in the inner pot of a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®). Close and lock the lid. Select high pressure according to manufacturer's instructions; set timer for 1 minute. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.
Step 3
Ladle mulled cider into cups and sweeten with honey. Garnish with lemon slices and additional cinnamon sticks.
