Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Make salad: Combine zucchini, celery, red onion, and bell pepper in a large serving bowl.

Make dressing: Whisk together sugar, rice vinegar, 3 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, water, vinegar, basil, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl until well combined.
Step 3
