Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Step 2
Add onion and garlic; cook and stir until lightly browned, about 8 minutes.
Step 3
Add lobster tails and parsley; cook until shells turn bright red, 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 4
Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, basil, salt, and black pepper; simmer over low heat for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Remove lobster tails from sauce; shake off excess sauce from shells. Remove lobster meat from shells; stir into sauce or serve lobster tails separately.
