Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease two loaf pans; set aside.

Beat eggs together in a large bowl using an electric mixer; beat in oil, white sugar, brown sugar, and maple extract until foamy. Add flour, wheat germ, baking soda, salt, and baking powder; beat to combine. Fold in zucchini and walnuts. Divide batter between the prepared pans
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean, about 1 hour. Cool before serving.
