Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Combine tomatoes, mango, bell peppers, onion, strawberries, kiwi, and nectarine in a large bowl. Add olive oil, orange juice, salt, and pepper; mix well. Stir in cilantro.

Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

  • 0.75 cup chopped strawberries
  • 0.75 cup finely chopped red onion
