Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Place acorn squash, cut-sides down, on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Flip squash, sprinkle cinnamon into centers, and dot with butter. Continue baking until flesh can easily be pierced with a fork, about 30 minutes more.
Step 4
Scoop squash flesh into a large bowl; stir in salt and brown sugar until evenly combined.
