This gluten-free appetizer is made with Mennonite Farmer Sausage nestled between gooey brie and sweet potato slices.

Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Heat oven to 425 degrees F.

Serve immediately.
Step 3
Toss sweet potato rounds with olive oil and arrange in a single layer on a sheet pan.

Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through (smaller rounds cook faster).
Step 5
Top sweet potato rounds with a slice of Brie.
Step 6
Garnish with cranberries, chopped pecans, and fresh rosemary.
Step 7
Apply a drizzle of honey to each round.
