Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
Step 2
Whisk soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, Sriracha, garlic, and ginger purée together in a large bowl until well combined. Add chicken; stir to coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap; marinate in the refrigerator, 4 hours to overnight.
Step 3
Remove chicken from marinade and shake off excess. Reserve remaining marinade. Thread chicken onto metal skewers; place on a platter.
Step 4
Add squash, onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms to marinade; stir until evenly coated. Thread squash, onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms onto skewers; place on the platter with chicken.
Step 5
Cook chicken and vegetable skewers on the preheated grill for 20 minutes, flipping halfway. Transfer skewers to a clean platter; garnish with cilantro.

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
