Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Heat enough oil to cover the bottom of a large skillet over medium-high heat. Dredge pork chops in flour, add to the pan, and brown well on both sides. Remove chops and set aside.
Step 2
Add onion and bell pepper; cook and stir for 5 minutes, or until almost tender. Return pork chops to skillet and pour in tomato sauce. Allow sauce to start bubbling and then reduce heat to low.
Step 3
Simmer for 30 minutes and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  • 1 bell pepper - chopped, your color choice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, or as needed

  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder, or more to taste
