Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Cook and stir butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat until golden brown.
Step 2
Cook mushrooms in browned butter, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in flour until smooth. Slowly whisk in chicken broth and cook until slightly thickened.
Step 3
Stir in turkey, cream, and peas. Reduce heat to low; cook and stir until sauce has thickened, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley.
