Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 9x5-inch loaf pans.

Mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda together in a large bowl.

Beat sugar, oil, and eggs with an electric mixer in another large bowl until well combined. Fold in zucchini. Fold in sour cream. Stir in flour-cinnamon mixture until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter evenly into the prepared pans.
Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven until a tester inserted into the center of each loaf comes out clean, about 1 1/2 hours. Cool loaves on a wire rack.
