Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium, indirect heat and lightly oil the grate.
Step 2
Place each ear of corn on a sheet of aluminum foil large enough to wrap it completely. Brush corn with butter; season with salt.
Step 3
Spread sugar evenly on a large plate. Roll corn in sugar.
Step 4
Wrap 2 bacon slices around each ear of corn to cover. Wrap foil around corn, enclosing it completely.
Step 5
Cook corn over indirect heat, turning occasionally, until corn is tender and bacon is crisp, 35 to 45 minutes.
