Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Spread out asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Roll asparagus back and forth until evenly coated with oil.
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven until asparagus is lightly browned and easily pierced with a knife, 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the thickness of asparagus. Flip asparagus. Season with salt and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Continue baking until balsamic vinegar starts to caramelize, about 1 minute more.
