Recipe Instructions
Step 1
Melt Spread in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
Step 2
Add 2 cups water, Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Chicken flavor, carrots and celery to same skillet and prepare according to package directions.
Step 3
Stir in chicken and hot sauce. Serve sprinkled with blue cheese and, if desired, additional chopped celery.
