Recipe Instructions

Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Line 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper or foil.

Combine oats, flour, butter, honey, brown sugar, baking soda, and vanilla in a large bowl.
