Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Toss chickpeas, tomatoes, feta cheese, and basil together in a large bowl. Set aside.
Step 2
Put honey in a small microwave-proof bowl; heat in microwave for 30 seconds until warm. Stir in garlic, red wine vinegar, cider vinegar, oil, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and salt.
Step 3
Pour dressing over chickpea mixture; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

  • 1 pint small cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 tablespoons finely shredded basil leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 cup crumbled goat-milk feta cheese
