Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Drain tomatoes in a strainer for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Combine tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, serrano, and garlic in a large bowl; pour lime juice over top. Stir in cilantro, mint, 1 teaspoon salt, oregano, cayenne pepper, and sugar.
Step 3
Refrigerate for 1 hour. Season with salt before serving.
