Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Whisk egg in a medium bowl. Gradually drizzle in oil while continuing to whisk until well combined and emulsified. Whisk in vinegar, salt, poultry seasoning, and pepper.
Step 2
Set some sauce aside for basting while grilling; refrigerate until ready to use. Marinate chicken with remaining sauce in a shallow baking dish; cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
