Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

Combine crabmeat, artichoke hearts, red bell pepper, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, flour, garlic powder, and black pepper together in a bowl.
