Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Step 2
Place fillets in a baking dish. Pour milk over fillets. Allow to soak in milk, 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 3
Stir bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese together in a wide, deep bowl. Beat egg in a separate bowl until frothy. Remove fillets from milk, shaking off excess. Dip each fillet into egg. Gently press into breadcrumb mixture to coat, shaking off excess.
Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven, turning once half way through cooking, until fillets flakes easily with a fork, about 15 minutes.
Step 5
Meanwhile, stir butter, mustard, and honey together in a bowl. Drizzle over fillets and serve.
