Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
Whisk milk and eggs together in a bowl.
Step 3
Stir biscuit mix, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper together in a separate bowl.
Step 4
Dip asparagus into milk mixture.
Step 5
Roll and coat asparagus in dry ingredient mixture. Repeat with a second layer for each asparagus.
