Recipe Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Season pork chops with seasoned salt; place in a glass baking dish. Arrange onion slices on top of chops; pour water into the dish. Cover with aluminum foil.
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Continue baking until an instant-read thermometer inserted into centers reach 145 degrees F (63 degrees C), about 30 minutes more.
