These gluten-free breaded pork chops are bone-in pork chops dredged in a seasoned coconut flour coating and pan-fried until golden brown. Too easy!

Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Mix coconut flour, cornstarch, granulated garlic, paprika, flaxseed meal, parsley, baking powder, sugar, onion powder, salt, and pepper together in a shallow bowl.
Step 2
Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until melted. Cook pork chops, covered, until browned, about 5 minutes. Flip and continue cooking until browned on the second side, about 3 minutes more.
Step 3
Dredge pork chops in coconut flour mixture until coated on both sides.

  • 1.5 teaspoons onion powder
  • 0.25 cup cornstarch
  • 0.5 cup coconut flour
  • 2.5 pounds bone-in center-cut pork chops
