Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Bake pie crust in the preheated oven until puffed and golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Place on a wire rack to cool completely.
Step 3
Purée 1 cup strawberries in a blender until smooth. Pour into a large saucepan, then stir in water, sugar, and cornstarch. Bring to a boil over medium heat until thickened, stirring often. Remove from heat and stir in orange liqueur. Set glaze aside.
Step 4
Arrange remaining 3 cups strawberries decoratively in the baked pie crust. Pour glaze over berries. Refrigerate until glaze is set, about 4 hours.
