Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Stir together flour, walnuts, melted butter, and brown sugar in a medium bowl until well combined. Spread evenly onto a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven until crispy, about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.

Beat egg whites in a large bowl until soft peaks form; continue beating to stiff peaks while slowly adding white sugar. Toss strawberries in lemon juice in a small bowl, then stir into meringue until mixture turns slightly pink. Fold in whipped cream until incorporated.
