This is a great take-along recipe that I bring every year to family cookouts. It is totally different from other pasta salads and is very simple to make. You can vary the yogurt flavor and fruit combinations to your liking.

Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add shell pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 9 minutes. Drain and rinse well. Transfer pasta to a medium bowl.
Step 2
Add oranges, pineapple, strawberries, and grapes to the cooked pasta. Add yogurt and sugar and mix gently.
Step 3
Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup seashell pasta
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar, or to taste
  • 1 (8 ounce) container lemon yogurt
  • 1 cup halved red grapes
  • 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained well
  • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained well
  • 1 cup halved strawberries
