Here's a handy dandy do-it-yourself recipe for marvelous egg noodles fashioned from egg, salt, milk, flour and baking powder. You'll love how they taste in soups and broths!

Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Combine egg, salt, milk. Add flour. (For thicker noodles add baking powder to flour before mixing.) Separate into two balls.
Step 2
Roll out dough, and let stand for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Cut into strips and spread to dry--dust with a little flour. Let dry for approximately 2 hours.
Step 4
Drop into hot soup--cook for about 10 minutes.
