Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
Step 2
Cook on the preheated grill until potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes.
Step 3
Stir together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined. Add potatoes and onion; stir to coat completely.
Step 4
Arrange aluminum foil squares on a work surface and grease each with cooking spray. Divide potato mixture between the 4 squares. Fold the aluminum foil over potato mixture and crimp the edges together to form a secure pouch.
