Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.
Step 2
Brush peach halves with canola oil.
Step 3
Cook peach on the preheated grill until tender and warmed through, about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Transfer hot peach to a plate skin-side down. Sprinkle with brown sugar, allowing sugar to melt. Alternatively, use a small torch to caramelize sugar.
Step 5
Serve each peach half with 2 scoops vanilla frozen yogurt and gingersnap cookie crumbles sprinkled on top.
