Step 1
Prepare a grill for high heat.

Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with 2 tablespoons oil.
Step 3
Whisk mayonnaise, mustard, lemon zest and juice, garlic, tarragon, salt and pepper to taste, and remaining 2 tablespoons oil together. Set aside.
