Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Prepare a grill for high heat.
Step 2
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with 2 tablespoons oil.
Step 3
Whisk mayonnaise, mustard, lemon zest and juice, garlic, tarragon, salt and pepper to taste, and remaining 2 tablespoons oil together. Set aside.
Step 4
Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill salmon until the fish flakes easily with a fork, 5 to 10 minutes. Place on a serving plate and top with the prepared sauce.
