Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
Step 2
Combine mushrooms, soy sauce, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice in a bowl; stir to coat.
Step 3
Combine scallops, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a separate bowl; stir to coat.
Step 4
Soak wooden skewers in water while mushrooms and scallops marinate, 30 minutes.
Step 5
Meanwhile, thread mushrooms and scallops onto separate skewers.
Step 6
Cook on the preheated grill until mushrooms soften and scallops are opaque, about 3 minutes per side. Cook mushrooms 1 to 2 minutes more if needed.
