Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 2
Mix together pretzels, melted butter, and 4 1/2 tablespoons sugar in a medium bowl until well combined. Press into the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish.
Step 3
Bake crust in the preheated oven until lightly toasted, about 10 minutes. Set aside to cool completely.
Step 4
Beat together cream cheese and 1 cup sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread evenly over cooled crust. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
Step 5
Stir together boiling water and gelatin mix in a second large bowl. Mix in frozen strawberries; stir until thawed. Pour over cream cheese mixture in the dish. Refrigerate until completely chilled, at least 1 hour.

  • 0.75 cup butter, melted
  • 4.5 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1.5 cups crushed pretzels
