Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 9-inch square baking pans.

In a large bowl, stir together flours, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, stir together eggs, honey, molasses, applesauce, and oil; pour into flour mixture and stir until well blended. Mix in raisins and sunflower seeds. Divide batter evenly between the prepared pans.

Bake in the preheated oven until the tops spring back when lightly pressed, about 45 minutes. Cool in the pans for at least 10 minutes.
