Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Insert 1 pop stick into the cut end of each banana. Place bananas on a wax paper-covered baking sheet. Transfer to the freezer until bananas are frozen, about 2 hours.
Step 2
Melt chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, 1 to 3 minutes, depending on your microwave.
Step 3
Dip frozen bananas in melted chocolate, spooning chocolate over banana to cover it completely. Roll in coconut if desired. Place dipped bananas on the wax paper-covered baking sheet. Freeze until chocolate is firm.
