Parsley-Mushroom Gravy

Parsley-Mushroom Gravy

I've had this delicious gravy recipe for so many years that I can't remember where I found it. My family loves it and requests it every holiday. It's so easy and delicious that I make it whenever I roast chicken or turkey. Serve over hot rice or mashed potatoes.
