Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Arrange peach slices in the bottom of a large serving bowl; sprinkle with cinnamon.
Step 2
Combine milk, beaten egg yolks, sugar, and flour in a medium saucepan; cook and stir over medium-low heat until pudding thickens and clings to the back of a spoon, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Step 3
Pour hot pudding over prepared peaches in the bowl. Refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
