Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Place 1 cup peaches into each (8) ramekins. Combine ½ cup water and white sugar in a small bowl; stir until sugar is dissolved. Divide sugar mixture among ramekins on top peaches; sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Dot about ¾ teaspoon butter on each ramekin.
Step 3
Unroll and separate crescent roll dough; arrange 1 piece dough over peaches in each ramekin to completely cover. Cut small ventilation slits in each dough piece; lightly brush with 1 tablespoon water and sprinkle each with about ⅛ teaspoon brown sugar. Arrange ramekins on a baking sheet.
