Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Grease a 9x13-inch pan with 1 teaspoon butter; set aside.
Step 2
Combine sugar, evaporated milk, and 1/2 cup butter in a saucepan; bring to a boil over high heat. Off heat, add marshmallows, cherry chips, and vanilla extract; fold until well combined. Set aside to cool.
Step 3
Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave until melted. Add peanut butter and remaining 1 teaspoon butter; mix until smooth. Add peanuts; fold until coated.
Step 4
Pour 1/2 chocolate mixture into the prepared pan, spreading to cover the bottom; pour cherry mixture on top, spreading to cover. Top with remaining 1/2 chocolate mixture. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. Cut into bars.

  • 0.75 cup cherry baking chips
