Recipe Instructions

Step 1
In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, mixed spice, cinnamon, mixed fruit, golden raisins, and margarine. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 1 minute. Remove from the heat and stir in flour, baking soda, and eggs. Pour into a microwave-safe bowl.
Step 2
Place the bowl into the microwave and cook on high, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
